You first need to make sure the BIOS on those Dells supports LBA48, or the
machines won't see any disk as larger than 128GiB. If the disks will be
Linux-only, you can get away with tricking Linux into using LBA48 in spite
of the BIOS by supplying your own drive geometry information...
