This directory is for GnuPG keyring files, Web page, and other materials
used in PenLUG keysigning events.  

o  The current keyring will be "pubring.gpg".  
o  The current keysigning Web page will be "party-page-YYYY-MM.html".

You're welcome to grab the feeble little scripts I use to maintain this
stuff, but don't expect much.
