Sean and Rick,
Congrats on winning the Quicknet Internet PhoneJACK cards
at
BALUG last night. Everything you need to use the cards with
Windows is in the box... boring! Quite functional - and
amazing
performance, but not our platform of choice, right?
The Linux driver, sample application code, and documentation
is
available on the web at:
http://www.quicknet.net/develop.htm
We're encouraging more code to get written to make use of
our
cards (we're hiring too, I might add, though you both are
almost
certainly happy where you are). I've attached a text file
that
describes how to join our Linux SDK mailing list, which is
the
best place to ask a lot of questions. There are about 50 list
participants, the last time I looked. It's a fairly low
volume
list.
We're starting an open source project to develop some
standard
interface code and apps for telephony - Win32 and Linux both.
It will be up soon at
In the meantime, here are some sites that may be of interest
in
learning more about CTI and internet telephony:

Please don't hesitate to contact me with questions! We're
local
here in San Francisco too, so you're welcome to visit (we're
a
block from LinuxCare).
