Korean items compared to H-Mart and MegaMart.

but somewhat pan-East Asian, big.
- Nijiya Market, 240 Jackson Street at N. 5th Street (Japantown), San
Jose. Smallish Japanese market, with snacks, fresh-made items,
housewares.
- Santo Market, 245 E Taylor Street at N. 5th Street (Japantown), San Jose.
Somewhat limited supply of groceries: common items only. Mostly sells
meals and prepared foods.
Cupertino
- Tokyo Central, 19750 Stevens Creek Blvd. between N. Blaney Ave. and
N. Wolfe Road, Cupertino. Many specialty Japanese items including
candies, snacks, and soft drinks, as well as prepared meals.
Santa Clara
- Fugetsu Market, 3409 El Camino Real, East of Lawrence Expressway
Santa Clara. At this writing (June 2026), appears to be mostly grab
and go Japanese take out, not (yet?) a grocery.
